Alert: Scheduled Repatriation Flights May 4, May 6, and May 8, Peru (May 1, 2020)

Location: Peru (countrywide)

Event:  We remind all U.S. citizens that all borders and the main commercial airport in Peru remain closed and that Peruvian authorities are authorizing emergency repatriation flights only, on a case-by-case basis until further notice.  There are currently no commercial flights operating in Peru.

Eastern Airlines:  Seats are still available for the Eastern Airlines Lima to Miami charter flight scheduled for Monday, May 4.  Another Lima to Miami flight is scheduled on Wednesday, May 6.  Flights are open to U.S. citizens and Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs).  Passengers may bring pets on these flights.  To purchase tickets, visit https://goeasternair.com, call +1 (855) 216-7601, or WhatsApp +52-1-800-953-1800.

Solange Reps:  Private tour operator Solange Reps is selling tickets for its charter flight from Lima to Miami on Friday, May 8.  The flight is confirmed by the Peruvian government.  It is not a U.S. Embassy flight.  To purchase tickets, visit https://forms.gle/8YHDzESvkUZdZG6Y or call +1 (786) 387-0000 or +51-952-396-417.

Warrior Angels Rescue:  The safety and security of U.S. citizens is our highest priority.  We refer you to NGO Warrior Angels Rescue regarding events leading to the last-minute cancellation of its April 30 chartered repatriation flight from Lima to Miami.  U.S. Embassy Lima continues to explore all viable options for the repatriation of U.S. citizens out of Peru.
