Emergency Passport Services for Repatriation Passengers:  U.S. citizens in need of an emergency passport to return home on a repatriation flight may schedule an appointment at the U.S. Embassy.  Appointments are reserved ONLY for U.S. citizens traveling on a scheduled repatriation flight.  Routine passport services are still closed.  To schedule an emergency appointment, email LimaACS@state.gov.  For more information on emergency passport services, visit https://pe.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/passports/.

Emergency Travel Documents for Lawful Permanent Residents:  Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) who have lost their LPR cards (Green Card) and/or re-entry permits and need travel documentation to return to the United States on a repatriation flight can file a  Form I-131A with the U.S. Embassy in Lima.  Appointments are reserved ONLY for LPRs traveling on a scheduled repatriation flight.  Routine services are still closed.  To schedule an emergency appointment, email LimaIV@state.gov.  For more information, visit https://pe.usembassy.gov/visas/immigrant-visas/temporary-replacement-of-a-lost-stolen-green-card/.
