Location:  Peru (country-wide)

Event:  The U.S. Embassy in Lima continues to look for more flights for U.S. citizens to depart Peru in the coming days.   Priority considerations are given to older adults, people with underlying health conditions (such as diabetes or heart and lung disease), minors traveling without a parent or legal guardian, as well as other adults in need of medical assistance.  The U.S. Embassy recommends U.S. citizens in Peru adhere to all quarantine measures due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

Beware of scams. Up-to-date and credible information can be found on the U.S. Embassy’s website and social media platforms.
